Our Bylaws establish the framework for club governance, including membership requirements, leadership structure, meetings, elections, and disciplinary procedures. These bylaws were approved by the membership and provide the legal foundation for our operations as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Our Operating Procedures supplement the bylaws with detailed guidance on day-to-day operations, training protocols, committee structures, membership benefits, and specific policies for instructors and training activities.
