What's included in a Milwaukee Dog Training Club membership?
Access to obedience training twice a week all year
We have group obedience training on Sunday mornings and one weekday evening. You can come as often as your schedule allows. Each obedience level starts at a different time; check the class calendar for class times and details.
Classes are canceled for holidays and special events and in the case of severe weather (we train in the rain but not in lightning storms).
Scent hurdles after training on alternating Sundays
· Scent hurdles is a game where teams teach their dog to jump a series of 4 hurdles, pick your dumbbell from among other dumbbells on a platform and return over the hurdles
· No additional cost and no sign up; just stay after training
Social Activities
o Monthly “Social Sunday” after training on a Sunday
o Annual summer picnic
o Halloween “ghost night” and
o Post holiday party (usually in January and is when we hand out annual awards)
Opportunities to participate in exhibitions (parades and workshops)
